Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience driving a safety culture and compliant to EHS & GMP requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams or projects in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated decision making, planning and communication skills.
• Experience managing a maintenance team in a regulated setting.
• Knowledge of project management, Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to partner with multiple departments to achieve site goals.
• Developing a reliability-centered asset care strategy and asset care improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Downstream packaging operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Process Engineering, Utilities, and Finance to execute plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives for maintenance and continuity.
• Ensure compliance responses and documentation meet EHS and GMP standards.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling, calibration, and asset reliability programs.
• Plan and manage budgets for downstream engineering activities.
• Develop internal talent and relationships with external suppliers.
