A leading defense technology company in Norway is seeking a Document Controller to manage product documentation and maintain project efficiency. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate information flow and initiate changes. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering and is fluent in both Norwegian and English. This role offers flexible working hours and a hybrid model of work.

We are looking for someone who understands the value of structure and control in technical projects. Document Control (Configuration Management) is all about managing product structures and documentation, in addition to keeping track of changes.
As a Document Controller, you will play an important role in keeping our projects organized and moving forward. You will work closely with all departments to make sure everyone is working with the right documents and the latest information. You will be responsible for coordinating all changes – whether they affect the project or the product, and making sure they are properly documented and communicated. Your job is to help us stay in control, avoid confusion, and keep things running smoothly from start to finish.

Where you’ll work:
Our main office is on Nøtterøy until summer 2026. After that, we are moving to new offices in Skoppum (Vestfold). We also have an office at Solli in Oslo.
