About the Role
Standards Digital is growing rapidly and is looking for a structured and technically oriented Project Manager who wants to work at the intersection of technology, customers, and product development. You will lead customer projects from early scoping through delivery and post-project support. We’re seeking someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on project execution and who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from pre-sales to delivery and post-go-live support
- Ensure effective communication between customers, development teams, and operations
- Contribute to the development of project methodology and tools
- Support customer requirements gathering and business analysis
- Maintain and clarify the product backlog
- Report progress and deviations to management
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
- 5–15 years of relevant experience, ideally starting as a Business Analyst
- Technical insight and understanding of IT projects (e.g., SaaS, ERP, APIs)
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Atlassian tools.
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are a plus but not required
