Job summary

Hydro is seeking a Digital Procurement Manager in Norway to orchestrate the digital procurement ecosystem and support procurement operations. The role connects operational execution with digital strategy, data quality, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions across global teams.

You will manage SAP Ariba, SAP ERP, and other tools, work with IT and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement and transformation within a world-leading aluminum and renewable energy company.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital procurement and procurement operations.
• Experience with sourcing or management consulting.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP ERP, VIM, or AI-based procurement tools.
• Strong communication in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on in operations and transformation of digital procurement channels and master data governance.
• Lead digital procurement projects from design to adoption of AI features.
• Build cross-functional relationships with IT, suppliers and business units to drive adoption.
• Engage in supplier onboarding, sourcing events, and other procurement tasks.
