Job summary

EG CheckWare seeks a Support Consultant in Trondheim to guide customers through digital health solutions, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver reliable support. You’ll work closely with colleagues across disciplines to ensure fast, accurate help and ongoing customer success.

You’ll coordinate on support cases, respond to inquiries, and provide second-line assistance while upholding high service standards and clear communication in Norwegian and English.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer or user support and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Relevant IT education and knowledge of databases such as MySQL.
• Highly service-minded and able to go the extra mile when needed.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Interest in how AI can support customer service processes.
