Job summary

NEP Norway is seeking a Delivery Specialist to translate customer requirements into working Mediabank solutions. You will configure, integrate, test and document deliveries for small to medium complexity accounts, while supporting existing customers and resolving technical issues.

You will work with project managers and technical specialists, driving tasks to completion and contributing to improvements in delivery processes in an international media technology environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer needs and clarify requirements for new and existing deliveries.
• Configure Mediabank accounts and contribute to the integration of NEP products into customer solutions.
• Design and implement technical configuration and integration work within the scope of the role.
• Test deliveries, resolve defects and ensure that work meets agreed requirements and quality standards.
• Document configurations, integrations and technical decisions so they can be maintained and developed further.
• Follow up existing customers, including technical discussions and customer visits when required.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, involving other teams where appropriate.
• Estimate work, manage assigned tasks and communicate progress, risks and changes in scope.
• Build and maintain knowledge of Mediabank, relevant NEP products and the systems they interact with.
• Contribute to effective collaboration and improvements in delivery processes.

About The Role

As a Delivery Specialist, you translate customer requirements into working Mediabank solutions. You take responsibility for configuring, integrating, testing and documenting deliveries, primarily for accounts of small to medium complexity. You also follow up existing customers, investigate technical issues and contribute to changes as their needs develop. The role requires sound technical judgement, clear communication and the ability to drive assigned work through to completion. You will work with project managers and other technical specialists, bringing in additional expertise when the scope calls for it.
