Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is seeking a Delivery Specialist to translate customer requirements into Mediabank solutions, configuring, integrating, testing and documenting deliveries for small to medium complexity accounts.

You will work with project managers and technical colleagues across NEP, follow up with customers, resolve issues and drive work to completion, while maintaining high quality and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with technical configuration, systems integration, technical support or customer delivery
• Ability to turn customer requirements into practical technical solutions
• A structured approach to testing, troubleshooting and documentation
• Experience working with customers and technical teams
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with Mediabank or comparable media technology platforms
• Experience with integrations between products and systems
• Understanding of project delivery and the technical work involved from implementation through ongoing customer support

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer needs and clarify requirements for new and existing deliveries
• Configure Mediabank accounts and contribute to the integration of NEP products into customer solutions
• Design and implement technical configuration and integration work within the scope of the role
• Test deliveries, resolve defects and ensure that work meets agreed requirements and quality standards
• Document configurations, integrations and technical decisions so they can be maintained and developed further
• Follow up existing customers, including technical discussions and customer visits when required
• Estimate work, manage assigned tasks and communicate progress, risks and changes in scope
• Build and maintain knowledge of Mediabank, relevant NEP products and the systems they interact with
• Contribute to effective collaboration and improvements in delivery processes

We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to deliver and develop Mediabank solutions for new and existing customers. The role combines customer engagement, technical configuration, integration work and collaboration across NEP’s specialist teams.

About the role

As a Delivery Specialist, you translate customer requirements into working Mediabank solutions. You take responsibility for configuring, integrating, testing and documenting deliveries, primarily for accounts of small to medium complexity. You also follow up existing customers, investigate technical issues and contribute to changes as their needs develop.

The role requires sound technical judgement, clear communication and the ability to drive assigned work through to completion. You will work with project managers and other technical specialists, bringing in additional expertise when the scope calls for it.
