Job summary

Radiant is building a state-of-the-art AI infrastructure footprint with a new East London deployment. The Datacentre Operations Engineer will own on-site hardware execution, with a focus on high-density, air-cooled compute and rapid fault resolution to meet strict SLAs.

You will work with cross-functional teams across SRE, Networking, and Strategy to stand up this ground-breaking site, scale operations for EMEA, and champion reliability, performance, and efficiency in a fast-moving, globally

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/EE or 5+ years in data centre ops.
• Experience with HPC, GPU platforms, and high-density compute.
• Strong English communication and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Operate 24x7 on-site coverage across East London data halls.
• Respond to hardware alerts and perform fault isolation.
• Deploy and maintain HPC/AI hardware, including firmware updates.
• Maintain cooling, power distribution, and containment systems.
• Contribute to incident postmortems and service improvements.
