Job summary

Evidi AB is seeking a Data Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines and platforms for analytics, ML and AI workloads. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists and developers to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

The role emphasizes cloud data platforms, production AI deployments, and strong collaboration. Flexible work arrangements allow home office and adaptable hours, supporting continuous growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering technologies (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, SQL, Python, Spark, Power BI).
• Experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of cloud data solutions and modern data platforms (Azure preferred).
• Ability to translate business processes into technical data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures for analytics, ML and AI workloads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists and developers to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Contribute to project delivery, owning data and AI aspects in client implementations.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools to optimise performance, scalability and security.
• Document solutions and provide training to colleagues and end-users.
• Promote best practices of modern data platforms internally and with customers.
• Support the team with guidance on data engineering, AI and MLOps.
