Job summary

Evidi Denmark is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize modern data platforms for analytics and AI workloads. You will work with business stakeholders, data scientists, and developers to deliver scalable data solutions that enable advanced analytics and AI-powered insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and applying best practices across Microsoft Azure and related technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field (relevant experience may compensate).
Hands-on experience with data engineering technologies (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, SQL, Python, Spark, Power BI).
Experience deploying, maintaining, or utilizing ML/AI solutions in production.
Strong understanding of cloud data solutions and modern data platforms (Azure or similar).
Ability to translate business processes into technical data solutions.
Curious about new AI advancements and data-driven applications.
Collaborative team member with good communication, and quick to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures for analytics, ML and AI workloads.
Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and developers to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
Contribute to project delivery with responsibility for data and AI aspects in client implementations.
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies for performance, scalability, and security.
Document solutions and provide training to colleagues and end-users when needed.
Promote best practices of modern data platforms within customers and internally.
Support the team with advice on data engineering, AI, and MLOps.
