Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Data Centre project quality assurance and control in Norway. You will oversee QA/QC on site, manage documentation and promote the use of Sisk management systems.

The role requires ensuring compliance, training staff, and coordinating with stakeholders on quality-related issues. Responsibilities include leading site QA activities, coordinating with the Site Management Team, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and KPI

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Auditor training to ISO standards.
• Professional quality qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality activities and installation processes to meet project requirements and ensure deliverables.
• Act as the link between on-site works and Site Management to ensure customer requirements are addressed by procedures.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of quality documentation for installation and handover.
• Drive implementation and compliance with Sisk management systems across the project.
• Deliver training and guidance on quality systems and best practices to staff.
• Monitor and report quality performance, identifying areas for improvement.
