Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction management.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mechanical construction activities on site.
• Supervise HVAC, chilled-water systems and other mechanical services.
• Coordinate with electrical, commissioning teams to avoid clashes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE procedures.
