Job summary

Armada seeks an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site activities for the Leviathan data center during installation, startup, and commissioning, coordinating between the customer GC, subcontractors, and Armada trades. Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction site management, incl. 3+ years in mission-critical data centers or industrial startup/commissioning environments.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-trade, multi-stakeholder job sites through substantial completion, startup, and occupancy/RFS.
• Working knowledge of data center MEP systems (electrical distribution/switchgear, UPS, generators, cooling plants/CRAH-CRAC, BMS/EPMS controls).
• Familiarity with commissioning frameworks (ASHRAE Guideline 0/1.1, Level 1–5) and translating commissioning requirements into field plans.
• Strong scheduling acumen (Primavera P6, MS Project) and look-ahead schedule management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with GC, subcontractors, and third-party commissioning agents.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain) and strong site safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Armada's on-site point of contact coordinating daily activities across GC, subcontractors, and Armada trades.
• Maintain integrated site logistics plans, look-ahead schedules, and work sequencing across multiple crews.
• Lead daily/weekly coordination meetings to align GC, subcontractor, and commissioning timelines.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts before they impact schedule.
• Track punch lists, RFIs, and deficiency logs tied to startup readiness.
• Maintain daily site reports, photos, and progress logs for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Commissioning Authority to ensure Level 1–5 sequencing and testing.
