TikTok is seeking an experienced Datacenter Facilities Engineer in Norway to manage CoLocation Data Center operations and oversee end-to-end change management for critical infrastructure. Qualificações

• Diploma or cert in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; 5+ years datacenter ops.
• Experience implementing facility power redundancy designs (2N, N+1) in production.
• Deep understanding of cooling redundancy strategies (N+1, N+2) for uninterrupted ops.
• Hands-on experience maintaining critical datacenter mechanical/electrical systems: generators, chillers, UPS, etc.
• Strong communication and meticulous facility documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in planning and construction of CoLocation Data Center infrastructure projects; track progress and ensure smooth delivery.
• Operate CoLocation Data center infrastructure; optimize stability and performance.
• Own end-to-end change management for high-risk datacenter maintenance activities.
• Moderate data center operations, report events, track faults, and drive improvements.
• Maintain partnerships with vendors and internal teams to support facility delivery.
• Regularly audit maintenance programs and collaborate on improvements.
• Support DC Operations as SME for design limitations and risk management.
• Supervise construction teams during Data Hall fit-outs; coordinate IT services, power, and cooling deployment.
• Be available outside normal hours to respond to critical facility incidents.
