Job summary

PrimeDefense USA in Bergen seeks a Data Mining Analyst to collect, organize and analyze large data sets to identify patterns and trends, using data mining techniques to extract insights that improve business decisions.

You will work with SQL, Python and R, collaborate with multiple teams, ensure data quality, and present findings through visualizations and reports. Relocation assistance and visa acceptance are provided for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Mining Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data analysis.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate large amounts of complex information.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or anomalies in data sets.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

As a Data Mining Analyst for our company in Bergen you will be responsible for collecting organizing and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends Your role will involve using various data mining techniques and tools to extract valuable insights that can be used to improve business processes and decision-making

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.

Additionally we provide accommodation assistance for non-local candidates who require relocation.

Own visa is also accepted.

This position is based in Bergen but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Norway.
