We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Bergen As a Data Analytics Specialist you will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to help drive business decisions and improve overall performance The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and manipulation excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze large sets of data from various sources
  • Develop data models and algorithms to extract insights
  • Identify patterns trends and opportunities within the data
  • Create visualizations and reports to present findings
  • Communicate results and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics or related role
  • Proficiency in SQL PythonR and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Knowledge of statistical methods for hypothesis testing and predictive modeling
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
Salary

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1000 per month
