Paid relocation to Lisbon - Portugal

Your Tasks

  • Handle incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat.
  • Log call details into case management systems and provide responses and resolutions within SLA to customers.
  • Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers on status and resolution progress.
  • Deliver high-caliber customer service for post-sales requests including delivery, warranties, and refunds.
  • Provide inbound sales support and promote products to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What You Need

  • Fluency in Norwegian language (must be at least C2)
  • Fluent in English language (at least B2)
  • Customer orientation, problem solving skills, teamwork

What We Offer

  • Base salary: 1346€ gross x 12 months - with accommodation included
  • Monthly performance Bonus
  • Full time (40h/week), fixed-term Portuguese employment contract in accordance with Portuguese labor law
