Job summary
Concentrix is seeking a customer support agent to assist premium customers with their travel needs. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, helping to solve issues with bookings and providing guidance through various services. Fluency in Norwegian and solid English are required, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills. - You speak Norwegian fluently (C1) and your English is solid too (B2).

- You’re organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
