We are now looking for a Technical Support Consultant who can help us to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission.

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be part of the first line of expertise for our customers. You will support both:

  • Volue’s own solutions, developed in-house and used by critical infrastructure providers.
  • ESRI’s ArcGIS technology, which underpins many of our products and customer solutions.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Supporting Volue’s GIS-based products that are built on ESRI technology.
  • Assisting customers with ESRI geodatabases
  • Handling a wide range of issues – from quick fixes to advanced challenges that may require collaboration with ESRI or partners.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction

What you need to succeed:

  • Relevant education from college/university or relevant experience in GIS, IT, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of ESRI/ArcGIS-technology.
  • Experience with databases (e.g., MS SQL Server or Oracle).
  • Motivation to learn and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
  • Being service-oriented and structured
  • Fluency in English and a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish)
