You will collaborate with Recruiting, Training, Quality and Tech to ensure smooth operations, define KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in operations or project management.
• Ability to design scalable processes and lead remote teams.
• Excellent German and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and develop a customer service project for a major client.
• Design processes along the customer journey and improve efficiency.
• Lead Team Leads and remote teams, ensuring KPIs are met.
