University of Utah Health seeks a senior leader to oversee the Computed Tomography (CT) team. You will consult, advise, and implement best practices to enhance patient experience while controlling costs.

The role directs operations in HR, patient services, and financial management within the radiology service line and collaborates with senior leadership. Responsibilities include aligning teams with PROMISE standards, driving quality improvements, and delivering staff coaching and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible leadership and strategic planning experience.
• ARRT registration and current Utah Radiologic Technologist license.
• Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential within 30 days of hire.
• Additional departmental licenses as required.

Responsabilités
