Job summary

SGS is seeking a CSA / Mechanical Quality Inspector for an on-site six-month assignment in Norway. You will perform on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting floor levelness and tolerances, CSA inspections for concrete and structural steel, mechanical inspections for piping and welds, coordinating ISO 9712 NDT testing, and documenting findings with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Middle or higher technical education in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in construction QA/QC, CSA inspection, or mechanical installation inspection.
• Knowledge of welding processes and NDT standards (ISO 9712).
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
