Responsibilities

• From week one you're on live briefs for paying international clients, with senior designers mentoring you at every milestone.
• Support design work for campaigns, landing pages, and social content using Figma, Adobe, and AI tools.
• Contribute to studio workflows and delivery with a focus on brand consistency.

Who we're looking for

A trained eye in typography, composition, colour, brand feel. You see the gap between good and great.

Strong hands-on experience in Figma and the Adobe suite. After Effects, 3D or motion is a plus.

You've already used AI design tools like Higgsfield, Flora, Artlist or similar. You don't need to master them. You need a feel for where they're going.

A portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you've made. Formal education is a plus, not a requirement. We hire for taste and drive.
