Job summary

hashpotato is looking for an Associate Creative Designer to craft eye-catching marketing materials and visual assets that tell compelling brand stories. You will collaborate across projects to maintain consistent visual language and contribute to in-house campaigns.

You’ll design for social media and digital channels, build portfolios, and create basic video content. Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator and comfort with AI tools are essential in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in graphic/creative design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up design work.
• Good eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Able to take feedback and iterate quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching marketing material for social media (posts, reels, banners, etc.)
• Build and maintain project portfolios for in-house projects
• Create basic video content and simple animations
• Develop brand identities, logos, and visual assets aligned with client/brand vision
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, asset creation, and editing
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and AI advancements in design
