Job summary

Homerun B.V. in Oslo invites a Creative Content Lead to shape how Visoid communicates with architects and industry professionals.

You will own the content strategy, lead a team, and drive creator collaborations to raise awareness and adoption of our platform. You thrive in a startup, love storytelling, and can translate complex design concepts into engaging social content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in content, marketing, or brand.
Experience leading or managing creators.
Experience as a content creator for Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience driving social media engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them through storytelling.
Experience or interest in design, architecture, or other creative fields.
Familiarity with social platform algorithms and organic reach.
Adaptable to a growing startup with shifting priorities.
Strong collaboration across sales, product, and growth teams.

Responsibilities

Own the content: every piece of visual material passes through you.
Create content yourself: produce engaging social content that drives awareness.
Manage the content team: keep everything on-brand and aligned with our strategy.
Run the Creator Program: recruit and manage creators posting about Visoid across platforms; review their content and guide improvements.
