Havas Play in London is seeking a Midweight Designer to join our Creative & Studio team. You’ll craft bold, culturally resonant work, collaborate with top-tier creatives, strategists and makers, and elevate briefs beyond the ordinary.

Bring a standout portfolio, 3–7 years in a creative agency, and a passion for design trends. Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in a creative agency environment.
• A portfolio that shows versatility, originality and standout design with award-winning work.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Broad range of creative references and cultural insights, especially in gaming or sports.
• Collaborative spirit and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work with CDs, Senior Designers and team to ensure design output is creatively excellent.
• Ensure design strategy and concepts are well thought through, pixel perfect, and iterated with seniors.
• Present work to senior team members and iterate to finished product.
• Utilise Photoshop and/or AI to mock up concepts and visuals to sell ideas.
• Contribute to all agency processes and production workflows.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to balance creativity with feasibility.
