Helly Hansen is looking for a Creative Copywriter, Conversion (Temp)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic copywriter who specializes in conversion-focused storytelling across social media and other digital channels. In this role, you’ll craft compelling copy tailored to every stage of the customer journey—from awareness to consideration to conversion—while balancing brand voice with performance-driven results. You’ll be expected to work fluently with GenAI tools to accelerate campaign development and optimize output at scale.

Note: This is a temporary 6-month position, with the possibility of extension or conversion into a permanent role. It is ideal for a creative writer who thrives on big ideas and sharp execution, enjoys collaborating across teams, and can seamlessly adapt messaging to diverse digital channels and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop persuasive and on-brand copy for social media, e-comm, SEO, email, landing pages, product detail pages with a strong focus on driving conversion.
• Translate campaign goals and customer insights into impactful messaging strategies across the awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
• Collaborate with channel leads, designers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate globally.
• Actively participate in creative ideation sessions, contributing fresh perspectives and campaign ideas.
• Leverage GenAI tools to streamline drafting, testing, and optimizing copy while maintaining creativity and originality.
• Continuously refine messaging through A/B testing, analytics insights, and performance feedback.
• Uphold consistency in tone, brand voice, and storytelling across all channels and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally with a focus on social media and e-commerce.
• Proven track record of writing conversion-driven copy that delivers measurable results.
