CTS Group is seeking a Planner to support project scheduling for construction and engineering projects in Norway. You will help maintain project timelines, track progress, and provide clear updates to project teams for smooth execution and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience supporting project planning in construction or engineering.
• Basic understanding of project scheduling and construction workflows.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with planning tools and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing and updating project schedules
