Job summary

CTS Group is seeking a Planner to support project scheduling for construction and engineering projects in Norway. You will help maintain project timelines, track progress, and provide clear updates to project teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.

You will assist in creating and updating schedules, monitor daily progress, and support reporting to project leads. You will help identify delays, coordinate with teams, and ensure tasks are properly tracked in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience supporting project planning in construction or engineering.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work under guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules and monitor progress.
• Track progress and report deviations to leads.
• Coordinate between project teams to ensure alignment.
• Update planning tools and maintain logs.
• Identify risks to timelines and report them.
• Prepare regular progress updates for project leads.
