Job summary

Strong communication with clients and stakeholders is essential. Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering degree, have at least five years of PM experience, and can read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage construction projects in accordance with budget and timeline.
• Oversee and manage all on-site activities including subcontractors, materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide progress reports to senior management and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Monitor project costs and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
• Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures when needed.
