Job summary

LuxGuard Solutions, based in Oslo, seeks a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, review budgets, and ensure adherence to safety standards while maintaining quality and schedule.

Strong communication with clients and stakeholders is essential. Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering degree, have at least five years of PM experience, and can read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
