A construction company in Os Norway is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management preferably in the Norwegian market

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and communicate with clients subcontractors suppliers and internal teams
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Monitor project budgets and costs to ensure they stay within budget
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Knowledge of Norwegian building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints plans and specifications
• Proficient in project management software
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including clients subcontractors suppliers
