Qualifications

• Experience in formwork is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials.

• Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut materials according to blueprints or instructions.
• Set up forms and molds for pouring concrete.
• Pour concrete into forms and smooth out surfaces.
• Install rebar and other reinforcements.
• Remove forms after concrete has dried.
• Repair and maintain existing structures as needed.
