Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor IBM Mainframe systems and alerts
• Manage system tasks and jobs on IBM Mainframe systems (e.g., z/OS)
• Respond to system messages and escalate issues as needed
• Perform shutdown and startup of subsystems like CICS and DB2
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system health
• Assist in troubleshooting operational incidents
• Maintain operational logs and documentation
• Conduct routine system checks and maintenance
• Communicate system status effectively
• Follow operational procedures and security guidelines
• Participate in disaster recovery exercises
• Work in shifts, including nights and weekends
