Job summary

Aker Solutions is seeking a Completion Engineer (Electro, Instrument, Telecom) in Mongstad to ensure all Mechanical Completion checks are completed on time and to maintain the project Completion system.

You will interface with construction, commissioning, engineering and operation, coordinate multi-discipline punch inspections with the customer, and facilitate hand-over processes and RFCC, while updating all handover documentation. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of working procedures and requirements for electrical and instrument trades.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Completion discipline.
• Trade certification within instrumentation or electrical.
• Ability to work in team and see other disciplines needs.
• Experience with Mechanical Completion or Commissioning.
• Knowledge of MIPS and ProCoSys.
• Good cooperative and coordination skills.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.
• Keen eye for details.
• Structured mindset.

As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner NES Advantage is now looking for: Completion Engineer: Electro, Instrument, Telecom in Mongstad.

This is NOT a rotation position. The project follows a 4-day on-site work schedule.

Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities.

What will you be doing?
