Job summary

Thor is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager or Senior MEP lead to support delivery of major data centre projects in northern Norway. The role focuses on overseeing MEP commissioning, coordinating contractors, and ensuring critical systems are tested and ready for handover.

Based on site in Narvik or Glomfjord, the contract is 12 months with extension potential. You will manage commissioning across mechanical, electrical and building services, drive IST and technical handover, and

Qualifications

• Strong experience in commissioning management or senior MEP project delivery.
• Experience on data centre, hyperscale or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, commissioning methodologies and IST.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and deliver against project deadlines.

The Opportunity

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage contractors and deliver against project deadlines.


• Willingness to work on-site in northern Norway.

Contract: 12 months, with start date, hourly rate, rotation and accommodation arrangements to be agreed.
