What You'll Be Doing
As a Commercial Manager at GlobalConnect, you’ll play a key role in developing our B2B business in the Nordic and Germany, ensuring our strategies and go-to-market plans for SMB, Enterprise, and Public Accounts are value-creating and driving profitable growth. You will work closely with other Commercial Managers and in cross-functional teams with Sales, Product, CX, and Marketing to launch compelling offers, enhance customer satisfaction, and align strategies across multiple segments.
Your ability to deliver results will shine as you execute initiatives from the commercial roadmap, meeting segment-specific KPIs and broader business objectives. The commercial plans you design will be rooted in data and insights, ensuring that our strategies remain forward-thinking and adaptable to the evolving telecom landscape. You will also contribute to the revitalization of the Commercial Management Unit, helping to shape and drive the future of our commercial strategy as we evolve and strengthen our capabilities.
Together with your team, you’ll align strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall commercial agenda—all while improving customer outcomes in your area.
