What You'll Be Doing

As a Commercial Manager at GlobalConnect, you’ll play a key role in developing our B2B business in the Nordic and Germany, ensuring our strategies and go-to-market plans for SMB, Enterprise, and Public Accounts are value-creating and driving profitable growth. You will work closely with other Commercial Managers and in cross-functional teams with Sales, Product, CX, and Marketing to launch compelling offers, enhance customer satisfaction, and align strategies across multiple segments.

Your ability to deliver results will shine as you execute initiatives from the commercial roadmap, meeting segment-specific KPIs and broader business objectives. The commercial plans you design will be rooted in data and insights, ensuring that our strategies remain forward-thinking and adaptable to the evolving telecom landscape. You will also contribute to the revitalization of the Commercial Management Unit, helping to shape and drive the future of our commercial strategy as we evolve and strengthen our capabilities.

Together with your team, you’ll align strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall commercial agenda—all while improving customer outcomes in your area.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement data-driven commercial strategies and roadmaps for SMB, Large Enterprise, and Public Accounts, guiding growth and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Initiate and project lead strategic initiatives to drive each segment into the desired position.
  • Value Propositions: Gather insights and develop propositions tailored to the needs of the business, coordinate, develop, and launch new propositions and offers, and support the Product Management department in concept development to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on market trends, competition, and market conditions to inform both business-specific and broader commercial decisions.
  • Pricing & Profitability: Design pricing strategies that ensure profitability, including the development of price models and pricing tools, while staying aligned with the broader goals of the commercial team.

To Excel In This Role, You’ll Need

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities across multiple B2B areas.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and influence decisions at all levels.
  • Relevant Experience: Background in telecom, tech services, or B2B industries, with an understanding of value propositions and product launches.

A degree in industrial engineering, technology, or business administration is preferred, and fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in a Nordic language as a plus.
