At GlobalConnect, we’re building the future of digital infrastructure in the Nordics and Germany — and we want you to help us shape how we go to market. As a Commercial Manager in our B2B unit, you’ll work on real business problems, explore market opportunities, and turn ideas into tangible outcomes for SMBs, large enterprises, and the public sector.

You’ll play a decisive role in setting and executing our commercial plan. You’ll be the one anchoring initiatives and ensuring that great ideas are translated into real outcomes for the business.

This role can be based either in Oslo (Fornebu) or Stockholm.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and update commercial strategies for B2B segments, backed by data and insights.
  • Design and roll out new offers and value propositions together with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and launches.
  • Analyze trends, pricing, and performance — and turn insights into actions.
  • Support profitability decisions and commercial roadmaps in collaboration with Sales, Product, CX, and Marketing.

You’ll be part of our Nordic Commercial Excellence unit that’s still evolving — and you’ll help shape what comes next. We’re collaborative, curious, and like to keep things practical. You’ll get real responsibility from day one, but always with the support of colleagues who share knowledge and work together.

Who we think you are

  • You have experience working with business strategy, analysis, or go-to-market planning.
  • You are comfortable working with data, pricing models, and business cases.
  • You know how to collaborate across teams and get things done.
  • You can communicate fluently in English — a Nordic language is a bonus.

This role is a great fit as a first in-house role for someone coming from consultancy or as a developmental step for someone from industry.
