Job summary

Akkodis in London is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and planning across multiple entities. You will work with senior leaders, challenge assumptions and translate complex data into actionable financial insights that influence strategic decisions.

This role offers exposure to senior leadership, direct influence on UK planning, and opportunities to modernise FP&A processes with a view toward broader finance leadership. 70K-80K plus bonus and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering
• Ability to turn business problems into structured financial analysis and recommendations
• Experience in high-volume, multi-site organisations
• Strong presentation and communication of financial concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, reforecasting and financial planning across multiple entities and units.
• Analyze revenue, volume, labour, headcount and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Turn complex business problems into structured financial analysis and practical recommendations.
• Challenge operational and senior stakeholders on performance, assumptions and actions.
• Review Capex and Opex cases, including payback and benefit realisation.
• Identify and track cost-saving and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Support senior management and Board reporting and present the financial story behind performance.
• Build and improve financial models for revenue, labour, headcount and cash flow.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Transactional Finance and Financial Accounting.
• Support strategic and ad-hoc commercial projects.
• Improve FP&A processes and automation.
