Job summary

NOV Process & Flow Technologies AS in Tananger is seeking a CNC Operator to join a 35-strong team. You will operate Poreba lathes with Siemens controls and Okuma machines to produce high-quality oil industry components, and you will accurately measure and document finished parts.

The role offers training and development within NOV’s Stavanger, Mongstad and Florø operations, and requires a practical, solution-oriented approach with strong quality and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate as a machine operator or extensive CNC operator experience.
• Strong understanding of production drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiar with measuring tools and inspection methods.
• Experience in the oil and gas sector is advantageous.
• Good communication in Norwegian or English; able to work both independently and in a team.

Job description

As a CNC Operator at NOV Process & Flow Technologies AS (Tuboscope Norge AS), you will join a safe and friendly team of approximately 35 employees in Tananger. You will be responsible for operating Poreba lathes with Siemens controls and Okuma machines to manufacture high-quality components primarily for the oil industry, as well as accurately measuring and documenting finished parts.
