Amazon in Oslo is seeking an AWS Cloud Operations Architect to be a trusted advisor for Enterprise Support Public Sector customers in Norway. You will craft strategies to drive adoption and ensure cloud environments remain healthy and cost-efficient.
You will lead architecture reviews, collaborate with Solutions Architects and Account Managers, and uplift customer capabilities through workshops and enablement sessions while applying the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
An AWS Cloud Operations Architect (CoA) is a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support customers. As a trusted advisor you\'ll have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology. You\'ll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers\' adoption and use of AWS services. You will provide advocacy and technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep your customers\' AWS environments operationally healthy.
This is a post-sales advisory role within our Enterprise Support team. The close relationships developed with your customers will allow you to understand their business and operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from cloud technologies. You will work with Public Sector customers in Norway — including government agencies, municipalities, and public institutions — providing strategic technical guidance, helping plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keeping their AWS environments operationally healthy.
Our Cloud Operations Architects partner with some of the most impactful organizations in the Nordic public sector. You\'ll provide advice on architecture, support strategy, project and launch planning, as well as ongoing operational issues. As we continue to expand, you\'ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your technical, consulting, and leadership skills. You\'ll work with talented cloud technologists whilst expanding your knowledge of AWS products.
