Are you an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys working across both modern cloud technologies and traditional IT infrastructure?

We’re currently recruiting for a fast-growing, highly regarded Norwegian IT consultancy and Microsoft partner that is continuing to invest in its Digital Infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced technical team and work closely with customers on the operation, modernisation and transformation of hybrid IT environments. The role will suit someone who has solid Microsoft Azure experience but also understands that successful cloud adoption often starts with a solid understanding of what sits behind it - from Windows and Active Directory to virtualization, networking, identity & security and existing on-premises infrastructure.

What we're looking for

We’re particularly interested in experienced professionals with a solid background in Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure, ideally combined with experience from traditional on-premises environments. Knowledge of the following is required:

• Windows Server
• VMware and/or Hyper-V
• Networking and security
• Backup and disaster recovery
• Infrastructure operations and modernisation
• Hybrid environments and cloud migration
