Job summary
Thérapie Clinic is seeking a Clinic Coordinator at our Wigmore Clinic to ensure an exceptional client journey by supporting client satisfaction, revenue goals and sales performance.
You will join our clinic team, deliver outstanding service from first contact to follow-up, manage diary bookings, stock accuracy, and upsell consultations.

Qualifications
- Qualified Beauty Therapist.
- Proven experience in client experience management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service from first contact to follow-up.
- Proactively manage online reviews and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maximise clinic efficiency through smart diary and booking management.
- Manage stock accurately, including AWI deductions.
- Drive and convert consultations with upselling and cross-selling.
- Meet KPIs for consultation success, walk-in conversions, and average spend.
- Ensure a seamless check-in/out journey for every client.
