Job summary

Laser Clinics Stratford is hiring for both full-time and part-time Beauty Therapists who are passionate about skin and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate holds Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and Level 4 in Laser and Light Treatments, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

You will deliver advanced skincare consultations, include Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Skin Needling and HydraFacial, and perform Laser Hair Removal using

Qualifications

• MUST: Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
• MUST: Level 4 in Laser and Light Treatments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic customer assistance for skin concerns and offer solutions.
• Deliver individualized skincare consultations including Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Skin Needling and HydraFacial.
• Perform Laser Hair Removal using Candela Laser technology.
• Coordinate with team to ensure a smooth customer experience and maintain treatment room hygiene.
• Assist on the front desk as required.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing an empathetic approach to help customers with all queries, skin concerns and offer desirable solutions
• Being an expert in your field, and confidently delivering individualised skincare consultations including Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Skin Needling and HydraFacial
• Providing Laser Hair Removal using Candela Laser technology
• Communicating with fellow team members to navigate customers experience, seamlessly. This includes support with the day-to-day running of the clinic with treatment room cleanliness, and hygiene
• Support on the front desk as required
