Job summary

IMI Climate Control is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Norwegian Sales Team based in Trondheim. You will nurture customer relationships across a wide district, translating needs into IMI solutions while driving sustainable sales growth.

You will collaborate with wholesalers, consultants, contractors and installers, managing opportunities from engagement to order and ongoing development. Strong technical and commercial mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education or engineering background.
• Experience in technical sales, business development or account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships across the district.
• Manage the complete Inquiry-to-Order process within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales growth and promote the IMI Climate Control portfolio.
• Collaborate with wholesalers, consultants, contractors and installers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline information.
• Provide technical guidance and product training.
• Support project planning and solution selection.
