Key Responsibilities

As CTO, you will define and own Hive’s overall technology strategy, lead our tech team, and be part of the executive management team!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing R&D team of robotics, autonomy, and AI engineers.
  • Drive the development and scaling of our technology platform.
  • Establish efficient systems, routines, and workflows to support scalable and structured operations.
  • Implement measures necessary to comply with the guidelines outlined in the company’s quality system.
  • Contribute to achieving technical and financial project targets, ensuring deliveries exceed customer expectations.
  • Represent Hive Autonomy in strategic customer and partner discussions.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by aligning tech milestones with delivery and customer value creation.

  • Experience in scaling up technology organizations or products will be an advantage.
