Job summary

Compass Human Resources Group A/S is seeking an experienced technology leader to become Head of Information & Technology. The role combines CIO governance and CTO leadership across engineering, delivery models, and emerging technologies in a large international organization.

The role reports to the Managing Director and sits on the leadership team, shaping technology vision, architecture, security, and digital capabilities across markets, customers, and employees.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technology at scale in multiple countries.
• Experience in technology governance, security and architecture.
• Strong strategic, business-aligned technology leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall technology and engineering strategy across markets.
• Set direction for architecture, cloud platforms and technology choices.
• Drive engineering excellence and modern delivery practices across the organization.
• Lead development of capabilities in AI, data, cloud and software engineering.
• Translate emerging technologies into scalable, commercially relevant services.
• Drive technology transformation, standardization and simplification.
• Ensure strong technology governance, security, compliance and resilience.
• Build a culture of engineering excellence, innovation and continuous learning.
• Act as a senior technology advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
