To help us get there, we’re looking for a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our leadership team in Oslo, Norway.

In this role, you’ll lead our talented Product & Design team of 12, directly managing 5senior team members while owning the full product development process from vision to execution. You’ll work closely with our CEO and team to shape the future of Tise, ensuring we keep building products that our community loves. As part of our leadership team, you’ll have a big voice in setting company direction — and we’ll count on you to bring a future-focused perspective that keeps us ahead of the curve.

We’re seeking someone fluent inEnglish, who knows the magic of Tise, understands our community, and thrives at the intersection of product, design, and business. You’re a curious, experienced leader with a track record of creating products people love — and you’re ready to help us take second-hand shopping to the next level.

What you’ll do

• Oversee the Product & Design department, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences for our users.
• Own the vision and execution of product development across Tise.
• Work closely with the CEO, and the rest of the leadership team to set company direction.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities that will shape the future of second-hand shopping.
• Support, mentor, and develop our talented product managers and designers.

• You have a strong track record in product development, ideally from a startup or scale-up, and bring diverse experiences and perspectives from more than one environment.
• You’re hands-on and curious — you enjoy digging into the product as much as setting vision.
• You’re a bridge-builder, able to capture what’s happening across teams and ensure clarity, alignment, and collaboration.
• You lead with empathy and fairness, creating psychological safety and trust, while also holding people accountable and following up on expectations.
• You’re highly data- and experiment-driven, comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and emerging technologies like AI/ML
• You’re inspiring and motivating, a role model who lifts those around you and shows genuine passion for Tise’s mission.
• You combine strategic vision with practical execution, focusing upwards and outwards on growth and opportunity rather than micromanagement.
• You understand how to connect product, business, and growth, and are skilled at managing stakeholders.
• You’re comfortable admitting mistakes, learning, and driving the team forward with confidence and humility.
