An innovative technology company in Trondheim seeks a Chief Operating Officer to optimize manufacturing and scale operations. Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Build the rig that powers our future
We are looking for a hands-on, structured, and driven COO to help shape Alva’s next chapter. Things move fast at Alva – and we intend to keep it that way. With product market fit established, a strong commercial pipeline, and global demand increasing, we are now scaling operations to meet the moment. Our growth is built on proprietary technology, backed by a comprehensive patent portfolio.
We need a COO to take the lead on making it all run – efficiently, reliably, and at scale – and who is willing to roll up their sleeves and take an active role in daily operations. This role is not just about processes and procedures. It is about getting things done. What you will be doing
We are preparing to scale from thousands to hundreds of thousands of motors annually – across several production facilities, with increasing levels of automation, strict quality requirements (from medical, robotics to aerospace), and a broad, global customer base.
