Crayon seeks a dynamic Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead our Integrity and Compliance Program. You will be at the forefront of developing and enhancing our strategies to ensure we meet the highest regulatory standards, and the expectations of leading software and cloud providers worldwide. Your role will involve driving the activities of Crayon’s Integrity and Compliance Team in accordance with principles of ‘compliance by design’ and ‘integrity by default’. Acting with independence, you'll act as a role model for integrity, quality, pace, and agility, while leading the engagement with the broader organization on Integrity and Compliance issues, including training and enablement.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the first escalation point for integrity and compliance issues and own our Whistle blower Channel
  • Own and continually improve Crayon’s ISO 37001 certified ABMS, and the relevant components of our Secured Productivity policy and framework
  • Own and manage global integrity and compliance risks and ensure our subsidiaries diligently manage local integrity and compliance risks
  • Provide Crayon’s Executive Team, Audit Committee and Board with regular reports on the performance of the Integrity and Compliance Program
  • Collaborate closely with external stakeholders, including regulators and the leading hyperscalers, to detect and manage change requirements and potential issues related to our integrity and compliance obligations
  • Analyze Crayon's contracts with key providers to ensure ongoing compliance through robust control implementation

Your Competencies:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience, ideally within integrity and compliance
  • 5+ years of experience with integrity and compliance related work in an international business environment
  • Experience in managing complex integrity and compliance investigations using methods and procedures which ensure confidentiality, accountability, and objectivity
  • Experience in compliance towards the world’s largest software and cloud providers

  • Able to work on complex and sensitive issues with objectivity and confidentiality
  • Demonstrate autonomy in achieving departmental objectives in support of the corporate strategic vision
